FACIAL TEXTURE IMPROVEMENT:
Laser treatments The 1064 laser is effective for improving the texture of the skin of the face including reduction in pore size improvement in fine wrinkles and smoothing the skin surface. The laser works by stimulating new collagen formation and altering the characteristics of existing collagen. Treatments are painless and require no recovery time. Significant improvements are usually noticed after the second or third treatment and a full course of five treatments is recommended. The results obtained from laser therapy should be durable and easy to tolerate. Treatments are done every two weeks and take less than half an hour of your time. Photopneumatic therapy Photopneumatic therapy can also increase skin smoothness and improve pore size. Usually this benefit is realized as part of a separate treatment course done for pigmented or vascular abnormalities of the facial skin. |
